From my earliest days as a competitive athlete to becoming your coach today, my journey in health and fitness has always been driven by a deep passion for empowering women. I started Coach Julia Fitness and my StrongHer programs because I saw a gap in personalized, women-centric health programs. Too often, I witnessed one-size-fits-all solutions being applied to unique individual needs—especially for women navigating the complexities of aging.

"When I say fitness is a personal journey, I mean it. Each woman's path is unique, and that’s exactly how I approach coaching them."

I started coaching to provide what was missing: a focused approach that addresses the specific health and fitness challenges that women face over 40. My mission was clear – to create a supportive environment where women could gain strength, confidence, and vitality, knowing their unique physiological needs were truly being addressed..

I understand firsthand how challenging it can be to juggle fitness with a busy career, run a household, or balance family needs. Life is hectic, and it's easy to let our own health slip down the priority list. As we age, the importance of maintaining our health becomes all too clear—it's not just about living longer, but about aging with vitality and thriving.
