This app allows us to monitor your improvements and make data-driven adjustments to enhance your training results. Additionally, I employ the InBody 570 Body Composition Scanner to provide a comprehensive view of your body composition changes. Each training session last for one hour. My schedule is designed to accommodate a variety of lifestyles needs, operating Monday through Friday from 7 AM to 6 PM (with the last session starting at 5 PM), and Saturdays from 8 AM to 12 PM (last session starts at 11 AM). This system ensures that you can easily integrate your fitness routine into your busy schedule, making it convenient to maintain consistency in your training.”

One of my guiding principles is, ‘If you don’t measure it, you can’t manage it.’ Once we establish your personalized training program, we’ll follow it diligently for 6-8 weeks, tracking your progress, tracking your improvements each week using the Strength Lab app. At the end of each term, we review all aspects of your progress, incorporating your feedback, newly define goals, and any challenges that have arisen. Based on this comprehensive evaluation, your program is meticulously updated to ensure continued progress, maintain challenging workouts, and keep you mentally engaged. This process guarantees that your training remains dynamic and perfectly aligned with your evolving fitness journey.”
