CJ’s elvis protein shake
Serves: 1 Prep Time: 5 min Cook Time: 1 min
THE PARTS:
½ medium banana (sliced in chunks)
4 tbsp powdered peanut butter (PB Fit or similar)
1 cup unsweetened almond (or milk of choice)
1 scoop 1st Phorm Level-1 Chocolate Natural whey protein powder
½ tsp vanilla extract
½ tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
1 packet or ½ tsp of artificial sweetener of choice (Stevia /Splenda)
1 – 1.5 cups ice
the steps:
Combine all ingredients in a high-speed blender and pulse blend for 30 seconds.
Scrape the sides of the bender and blend again on high for 30 seconds.
Transfer to a glass and Enjoy!
meal prep tips:
Combine chunks of banana, powdered peanut butter, protein powder, artificial sweetener, and vanilla in this
order in a small freezer safe storage container or Ziplock bag. Freeze overnight or until ready to use.
When ready to use, dump contents into the blender, add the milk, add a few pieces of ice, and blend as noted above. (less ice will be used as the banana will be frozen)
