I'm so lucky to have found Julia!

Julia is great to work with!  She's professional and always positive and upbeat. I wanted to work with a trainer because I wasn't finding the time to do strength training on my own.  I'm so lucky to have found Julia!  I still have days where I don't feel like doing another workout, but once I see Julia's smiling face and we start chatting, the hour goes by quickly!
